Law & Economics

This graduate or undergraduate course of varied length and depth analyzes, from an economic point of view, four core areas of the law, namely, property, contracts, torts, and crime. If time allows, additional topics are also covered. The course is based on Cooter and Ulen's Law and Economics as well as on several articles that depend on the target audience.
