This is a first-year, mandatory MBA course based on cases and backed by Ross, Westerfied, and Jaffe's Corporate Finance book. The topics covered include stock pricing; bond pricing; risk, return, and diversification; CAPM; cost of capital; project evaluation; market efficiency; capital structure; dividend policy; and corporate value creation. The course concludes with an M&A negotiation exercise.
